Singer, Wizkid, has expressed shocking opinion on the rap music industry.
The international recognized Nigerian musician in an interview with 10 magazine, which was published on Thursday, Wizkid said, “Afrobeats is the new pop.
"I sold two million copies in America off of one song! Even some American artists don’t have a diamond record. If I’m being honest, I don’t listen to any other genre of music anymore ”

In a post on his Snapchat, WizKid refer to rapper as 'broke shame' rappers.
He said, "Can't believe y'all broke boys really thought Big Wiz will talk about y'all wow!
He also lament on how people send rap videos to him , "Y'all keep sending una popsy rap videos! go dey watch maybe fit help una mama life!😎"
He made mention of Nasty C, Sarkodie, Black sheriff as the only rapper in Africa
