Some hours To Adeleke’s Swearing-in, Court terminate Osun Elections

Federal High Court terminate 15 local government elections conducted by the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSIEC) on October 

Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel while reporting this case by justice Nathaniel Ayo Emmanuel in Osogbo, said the election has breach Sections 29 & 32 of the Electoral Act, 2022.

This is coming less than some hours to the Inauguration of Osun Governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke.

The Peoples Democratic Party had approached the court asking it to stop OSIEC from going ahead with the planned polls.
