Details has been revealed why the newly sworn Governor Ademola Adeleke Freezed the Osun State Account.

Former governor Oyetola had signed and ordered the payment of November Salary to Civil Servants, Pensioners and Politicians before he left office on November 26.

It was gathered that Governor Ademola Adeleke Freezed the state account because outgone Oyetola’s Government loaded the wage bill for November and it was prepared as an avenue to loot more money from the treasury.

The legally sacked Council Chairmen and Councillors are also captured in the schedule of Salary for the month of November, and which is against the Judgement of federal high court.

According to a PDP Chieftain who don’t want his name to be mentioned said, ” It’s normal for a Salary to be delayed in a Transition period of this nature, especially when it’s from different Political Party to another Political Party.

“The APC Members should stop crying wolf, the real and original civil servants in the state and who have been on Government’s Payroll prior to July 16 Gubernatorial Election understand the situation of this nature. Legitimate Political Officeholders have not been paid of their November Salary as well.

“For short period of time, new Government needs to verify and look into the status of people on Osun State Government ‘s payroll.” He said.
